Now it's your turn
1. Look at my list of suggestions and decide which one you would most like to do this week. And do it!
2. Think about some other things you can do for yourself on a regular basis that would make you feel better and more in love with yourself. When you have decided what you would like to do, put it in the diary and make sure you stick to it.
3. List the top 7 ‘Joys’ in your life
4. Make time for some 'silence' in your life. Plan a time and place where you can switch everything off and just enjoy some silent contemplation.
