Now it's your turn
1. Really think about all aspects of your diet. What your ideal weight and shape should be, what your energy levels are currently like and what your relationship with food is like overall.
a) Consider my tips and see which ones (if any) you want to take on board and experiment with.
b) Once you have done the above put them into action asap and see what happens and if you need to make more dietary changes of your own!
