Now it's your turn
1. Sit down and really think about what exercise(s) you can do for 30 minutes at least 3 to 4 times a week. Imagine where you will do it and when.
a) Make sure it is something realistic, something you can do all year round and of course that it is within your physical and financial means.
b) Remember, it doesn’t have to be just one thing. You might decide to go swimming one day, cycling another, or join a gym or just do different types of exercise at home.
c) You might even find that you can build it into your daily life by perhaps walking or riding to work or walking your dog a bit more – if you have one!
2. Once you have decided what you would like to do put it into practice straight away, but do make sure you pace yourself, have the right equipment and set yourself reasonable expectations – you really don’t want to overdo it or injure yourself.
